Product Engineer
Role Overview
We are building an AI-powered operational system used inside real manufacturing environments.
We’re looking for a frontend-focused Product Engineer to own and build a production-grade interface
for a real-time, data-heavy planning system.
This role is primarily frontend. You will design and implement complex, performance-sensitive UI systems
that must remain fast, correct, and usable while operational data continuously updates.
You should care deeply about rendering behavior, state architecture, and reliability under load.
What You'll Do
A machine-level scheduling interface (Gantt-style planning system)
Real-time dashboards that reflect operational events as they happen
Core frontend architecture (state management, rendering performance, error handling)
Handling inconsistent ERP data gracefully in the UI
API integration with backend services
The majority of your time will be spent designing and implementing frontend systems.
This is not marketing UI. This is high-density operational software.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience building production applications with React + TypeScript
Experience working with large or frequently changing datasets in the browser
Deep understanding of:
React rendering behavior
State management patterns
Performance bottlenecks
Ability to design stable interfaces with imperfect or partially missing data
Ownership mindset — able to take a feature from architecture to deployment
How We Evaluate
Technical + product discussion
Time-boxed take-home focused on state management and performance
In-person deep dive into architecture, tradeoffs, and failure handling
We care about:
Performance under load
Robustness to imperfect data
Scalable state architecture
Production-level UX decisions
What We Offer
Competitive compensation based on experience and level of responsibility
Direct ownership of core operational systems
Close collaboration with the founding team
Exposure to AI, optimization, and production-grade operational systems
Clear growth path as the company scales
In-person deep dive into architecture, tradeoffs, and failure handling
For Interns:
Paid internship with structured mentorship
Real feature ownership
Clear opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
